最近几周，MTN将推出零售和金融类虚商服务，是南非第二家采取这种模式的移动运营商。南非MTN允许虚拟运营商拥有自己的网络，成为继Cell C后，南非第二个可以提供这样平台的手机提供商。

 

MTN此举紧随近几个月南非一系列大公司推出使用Cell C的网络的虚商服务之后。其中就包括FNB，为其银行客户推出增值服务FNB Connect，也包括零售商Mr Price，其推出MRP Mobile。

 

 

 

Retail and financial services mobile virtual network operators will be launched on MTN in the coming weeks, with the mobile operator becoming the second in South Africa to embrace the model.MTN South Africa will allow mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) to piggyback on its network, becoming the second mobile provider in South Africa, after Cell C, to offer such a platform.

 

The news comes after a number of big South African companies launched MVNOs on the back of Cell C’s network in recent months. They include FNB, which launched FNB Connect to its banking customers as a value-added service, and retailer Mr Price, which launched MRP Mobile.

到2017年，Post Office预估收入为120万美元，来自SIM卡销售以及58万元的手机话费充值业务。其计划于2017年1月推出虚商服务，并在第一年达到100万用户。

 

 

 

Correios, the Brazilian Post office has announced a partnership with EUTV, owner of the brand Surf Telecom, to launch a MVNO.In January, EUTV won the tender for a bid of $USD 83.36M for an initial 5-year contract to provide network services.

 

For 2017, the Post Office estimates revenue of $USD 1.2M from the sale of Sim cards and $USD 580,000 in sales of mobile top-ups.The plan is to launch the MVNO in January 2017 and reach 1 million subscribers during the first year.
