墨西哥运营商美思康将于9月推出两个虚商业务，该公司企业发展和战略规划部主管表示，一个虚商业务将成为公司四重奏业务的部分，另一个虚商业务将与连锁超市Soriana合作。两个虚商业务都使用Telcel的网络。

Mexican operator Maxcom will launch two MVNOs in September, according to the director of corporate development and strategic planning. He explained that one MVNO will be owned and part of the company's quad-play offer, while the other one will be in alliance with supermarket chain Soriana. Both MVNOs will use the Telcel network. 

 

Maxcom will not only be a MVNO, but also an enabler and provide technological services so that MVNOs focus only on attracting customers. The company is part of the UK’s Mundio Group and plans to focus on providing international pre-paid calls in Serbia and will use the Vectone Mobile brand.

 

Channa Kurera, who is Mundio’s Director said the company would start offering services in Serbia, Cyprus, then the Czech Republic and Italy. He also announced that Serbian consumers can expect affordable prices for pre-paid, post-paid and monthly subscriptions.

South African operator Cell C has launched Wi-Fi calling on the Apple iPhone.
