一些供应商，包括KPN和Vodafone，只收取4月30日起在欧盟漫游用户的监管附加费。其他的供应商，例如T-Mobile和Robin Mobile，提供一定数量的漫游期间免费通话，短信以及数据流量。额外的用途是附加费利率或bundle中的价格加上附加费的组合。

The Dutch mobile providers have taken a broad range of approaches to implementing the latest changes in EU roaming regulations, known as Roam Like at Home +.

 

A few providers, including KPN and Vodafone, are charging since 30 April only the regulated surcharge for roaming in EU.

Others, such as T-Mobile and Robin Mobile, offer a certain amount of minutes, SMS and data roaming free.
