Lebara推出了一个名字叫做“世界第一”的应用服务可以为其在英国的大量用户提供重要的医疗建议，用户通过移动套餐就能实现。

 

这个民族化的虚商目前正在试行“第二医疗意见”。注册用户可以通过这项应用24小时使用有Best Doctors提供的服务，他们能从中得到关于医疗状况的建议。Lebara宣称这在所有欧洲的运营商里是世界第一的。

 

Best Doctors是一个可以让其用户从全球健康专家那里获得建议的一个组织团体。Lebara已经和保险公司Allianz集团达成合作关系来投资该服务。

 

“第二医疗意见”对于选中用户是免费的，选中用户可以在其套餐里增加两个家庭成员既可以是英国本地用户也可以是国外用户。用户是随机挑选的，在今年某个时刻，将会按照计划大面积推广。

 

Lebara公布英国有超过200万的来自发展中国家的国外居民，他们都有和祖国的两个家庭成员联系的需求。

Second Medical Opinion lets Lebara customers get medical advice from health experts worldwide.

 

Lebara has launched what it calls a ‘world first’ enabling thousands of its customers in the UK to seek important medical advice through their mobile plan.

 

The ethnic MVNO is currently trialling ‘Second Medical Opinion’. It gives registered customers access to a 24-hour service provided by Best Doctors where they can get opinions on medical conditions. Lebara claims this is a world first from any European-based operator.

 

Best Doctors is an organisation that lets its subscribers seek advice from worldwide health experts. Lebara has partnered with insurer Allianz Group to fund the service.

 

Second Medical Opinion is free for selected users, who can add two family members from the UK or abroad to their plan. Users are being selected at random, with a wider rollout expected at some point this year.

 

Lebara claims the UK is home to over two million foreign-born residents from developing countries who support two family members from their home country.

Kyivstar introduces number modification service for postpaid

Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar has introduced to postpaid subscribers a service which enables them to modify their telephone numbers. The service can be booked either by calling a special telephone number, via the USSD-menu, or over the online services management section. A new telephone number will be sent by SMS within one day. The rate of the service totals UAH 25.  The option enables to return an earlier number for free within three months.

西班牙运营商MasMovil在过去的八个月里，取得了西班牙Orange的4G网络使用权后，最终推出了它的第一个4G套餐。MasMovil的用户通过Mas的4个较为灵活的套餐就能享用4G服务。每月16.9欧元即可享用无限制通话和1G数据流量或者同样的价格下设置20欧元分的通话再加上5G的数据流量；每月19.9欧元享用无限制的通话和3G的数据流量；或者是每月26.9欧元无限制通话时长加上8G的数据流量。这四种套餐均包括9.7欧元分的短信服务。

 

MasMovil launches first 4G plans from EUR 16.90/mth

Spanish operator MasMovil has finally launched its first 4G plans over eight months after reaching a deal to use Orange Spain’s LTE network. MasMovil customers will be able to access 4G services via four flexible Mas plans, choosing between unlimited calls and 1GB of data for EUR 16.90 per month, calls at 20 eurocents for the set up plus 5GB of data for the same monthly price, unlimited calls and 3GB of data for EUR 19.90 per month or unlimited calls plus 8GB of data for EUR 26.90 per month. SMS are charged at 9.7 eurocents under all four plans.
