In 9th July, Seecom brought Cool Cloud communication platform to 2015 MVNO Summit, and the Seecom CEO Martin Deng gave a speech entitiled” Cool Cloud Platform Made Operation Easier”.

邓慕超在主题演讲中提到：“国内虚拟运营商、互联网开发者、行业集成商、物联网方案提供商以及智慧城市运营商在运营过程中普遍面临人员成本、开发效率和开发质量方面的问题，人才匮乏，开发成本高、难度大、周期长、质量低……种种的高门槛让他们的压力巨大。”
During the theme speech , Martin Deng mentioned that:” MVNOs, internet developer, Industry integrator, Internet of things sollution provider and smart city operators are always facing many problems form the human cost, development efficiency and development quality, such as the lack of human resources, high development cost, diffculty, lengthy cycle, low quality. These problems gave them a lot of pressure.
Cool Cloud融合通信使云平台致力于“让运营变简单”这一目标，将语音通话、短信、视频通讯、全球数据流量、全球Wi-Fi、互联网账号、支付通道、客服中心等通信和互联网资源封装成API或SDK对外开放，开发者只需要简单的开发就可以使产品以最低的成本、最短的开发周期具备高质量的通信能力和互联网能力。
Cloud Cool fusion communication enable platform aime to realize the target of “Make Operation Easier”. The last one is service system . The service system is the key to provide good service for consumers. But the process of building system is a long term work. ZTE has organized a developer team to provide great using experience for users. And the team developed an APP——Cool 170, and it was test and optimized by the Cool Cloud platform. They also collected rich experience inorder to bring good using experinece for customers.
